Lighting design workflow (residential, office, restaurant)

  1. After our company receives your inquiry call and message, we will understand your lighting design requirements within 48 hours.
  2. We will receive project information, such as floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and related renderings, and communicate with you to understand your needs, lighting fixtures, and system budget. The drawing standard is no less than 1:100.
  3. After understanding the requirements and conditions of the project, we will provide preliminary lighting diagrams and related information in about two weeks. File format, such as PDF version of the design drawing. (It ultimately takes time to decide on project size.)
  4. We provide telephone conferences and video conferences to explain the lighting design content, so that customers can understand the lighting design concepts and related details that need attention.
  5. I will provide lighting diagrams and quotations for purchasing lighting fixtures and control systems for your consideration. Provide detailed schedule.
  6. If the customer confirms and pays the deposit within two weeks for the lighting and control system cost quotation, a 10% discount will be provided. After two weeks, the offer will be void.
  7. After we receive the deposit, we will start in-depth lighting design work and will provide more detailed lighting diagrams, circuit design, lamps and control system information. The time required is two weeks. Ultimately it takes time to decide on project size.
  8. The ordering time for lamps and control systems will vary depending on the manufacturer and place of production. The approximate time is two to four weeks. Relevant regulations.

  7. Copyright ownership: The lighting design company owns the intellectual property rights of the design drawings and quotation contents.
  8. If the owner needs to change the design and modify the order after confirming all designs and paying all fees, he will need to contact you by email and it will take two to three weeks to complete the modification, but the finalized lighting fixtures and control system will not be Deposit refunded.
  9. The construction party shall be provided by the owner. If lighting and control systems need to be installed, additional quotations are required.
  10. The quotation for lamps and control systems will be valid within one month. If it exceeds one month, a new quotation will be required based on the production status, production cost, and transportation costs of the goods.
  11. Payment method: What payment channels are supported, such as bank transfer, online payment, etc.
  12. Delivery method: Regarding the delivery of purchased lamps and control systems, after all fees have been collected, we will arrange for delivery personnel to be delivered to the site, and the owner is required to come to the site to sign for receipt.
  13. After-sales support: There are after-sales services for lamps and control systems. If necessary, you can contact our company personnel for information.
  14. Payment process: Help us provide preliminary lighting design. At the same time, we will provide quotations for lamps and control systems. Within two weeks after the quotation is issued, if the owner confirms and pays the advance payment, there will be a 10% discount, and the advance payment will be It is 50% of the bill. When we complete the production of all goods, we will notify the owner, and the owner needs to pay the remaining 50%. When all fees are received, we will arrange delivery.
